Tired or being tired
I strongly believe that our physical well-being and mental well-being have a profound relationship with each other. Recently i have been to the gym doing some intense workout which took away so much energy from my body. To be a good sharp and to have a sexy shirt-less six-pack chest muscle body on the beach is not easy as one-two-three or A-B-C at all. We have to balance between the input and output of energy, dietry and sleeping time. When i am physically tired, i have two choices: one is to allow my mind to be tired too, and the other is to allow not. I am getting tired of being tired. The term tireness and laziness should also be distinguised. I am tired of being lazy. Let's rock and make everyday as exciting as tomorrow you are having a girlfriend, a new girlfriend indeed.

The 4th of July, 2008 in Bellevue Park
In the United States, Independence Day, commonly known as the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. The Independence Day is one of the biggest memorable events in America. Everyone has been waiting for the celebration of this ceremony weeks or months before its arrival. The most significant part of the 4th of July is the massive firework of the year. Pictures can say a thousand words more than i could think of. Here you are.
